It’s one of the last Fridays of summer.I’m enjoying an unusually “dry” day in MD, which means the humidity is under 30%, and that means I’m re-acquainting myself with my porch.
I just discovered an insanely cool new study tool. I hope you understand that Evernote is going to save you in law school. Go check it out here. I use this for everything: I manage client files. I keep my travel plans and local information. I keep track of research. I keep track of voice notes. It’s quite awesome.
Evernote has just introduced a new companion app from the folks over at StudyBlue. Why is it insanely cool? Because it will sync any note you take in Evernote, and then help you turn it into flashcards. This app works across platforms, so you can use your StudyBlue flashcards in line at IKEA. There are still some quirky beta problems to work out, but they just make the thing more endearing.
StudyBlue also has examples of flashcards that have already been uploaded. Just sign up, go into StudyBlue and search for Torts or Contracts or whatever. These existing flashcards are actually very good, and the quality of the information is high. You can create your own cards, but if you want to prepare your mind for the onslaught, go get the flashcards & review them.
